Hello again everybody and welcome back to our weekly newsletter!

This week's issue is a bit different, since there won't be any questions/answers session. Not that I haven't received any-- I get more and more all the time and this week is certainly no different. However, there is something I've been wanting to tell you for quite a while and, apart from me and a few of our people working on this unique project, nobody else really knows about it, so I think now is the time for me to tell you about this important news.

Instead of beating 'around the bush', since December of last year, a colleague of mine and your's truly have started a radio show! Truly unique and the first of it's kind anywhere in the world, our weekly radio show airs every Saturday of every week, like this newsletter. The "Real Estate Show", produced by my colleague Bart Wilson in Santa Fe, New Mexico and me is a weekly radio show that helps real estate companies, real estate brokers and their sales agents better optimize and market their websites, while at the same time helps them increase their visibility in the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, AltaVista, AOL and the others.

This is truly exciting, since I've always wanted my own radio show, where actual people can call in and ask real search engine marketing questions on how they can better market and optimize their real estate websites.

If your'e not a real estate company or real estate broker, and before you think this isn't for you, think again: Search engine marketing is just that-- it doesn't matter what field your'e in, since marketing is marketing. If your selling real estate, or land or books or CD's or just about anything you can sell on the Internet, our radio show is as helpful and valuable as this newsletter is.
