In other news on Tuesday, Copernic announced the creation of a new separate company, Coveo Solutions. The company will focus exclusively on providing easy-to-use, powerful and secure enterprise search software to businesses, organizations and government entities.

The creation of Coveo is in response to overwhelming market demand for its flagship product, Coveo Enterprise Search (CES), formerly known as Copernic Enterprise Search. Currently, CES is being used by more than 3,000 businesses worldwide. In news on Wednesday, Google's new Desktop Search feature is really fast and efficient. But is it capable of too much power? Introduced last week as a free download, Google Desktop Search (http://desktop.google.com) keeps track of files on your computer's hard drive in much the same way that regular Google finds information you want on the Internet.
